The Korea Basketball Association has announced the roster for the men’s national basketball team’s reinforcement training for the Olympic and Asian Games.
“The Performance Enhancement Committee has finalized the 16 members of the national team and 24 members of the national reserve roster 메이저사이트 for the 2023 FIBA Olympic Qualifiers and the Hangzhou Asian Games,” the organization said on Saturday. The Olympic Pre-Qualifiers will be held in August and the Asian Games in September.
The squad, led by head coach Choo Il-seung, includes Kim Sun-hyung and Oh Se-geun (both SK), as well as Heo Hoon (Commerce) and Ra Gun-ah (KCC). Yeo Jun-seok (Gonzaga University) and Lee Hyun-jung, whose contract with the Santa Cruz Warriors of the G League, the lower division of the National Basketball Association (NBA), has expired, were also named to the reserve roster. The national team will convene at the Jincheon Athletes’ Village on March 21.
The training camp and an exhibition match against Japan in July will determine the final 12-man roster for the Olympic Pre-Qualifiers and Asian Games.
